What your team leader sees. What stays yours. In plain language.

Daylogue helps individuals track how they feel, and helps teams understand collective wellbeing without exposing anyone. This page explains exactly how that works. No legalese.

What leaders see

  • Aggregate mood, energy, and stress averages across the team.
  • Participation rates. How many people checked in, not who.
  • Anonymous themes. The topics showing up across the group, with no names attached.
  • Team narratives built from anonymized, blended data.

What stays private

  • Your individual check-in content. Every word.
  • Journal entries and personal reflections.
  • Voice transcripts from voice check-ins.
  • Your personal narrative and chromascape.
  • Which channel you use to check in (app, voice, or SMS).
  • Your participation mode choice.

k-Anonymity

We require a minimum number of active participants before showing any team data. If your team is too small, leaders see nothing rather than risk identifying individuals. No exceptions.

Encryption

Your check-in content is encrypted. We cannot read it. Not your leader, not our team, not anyone.

Your control

You choose your participation mode. You can change it anytime. You can delete your account and all data at any time. No questions, no waiting period.

Daylogue was built by someone who believes that how you feel is nobody's business but yours. Enterprise features exist to help teams thrive, not to monitor individuals. If that ever changes, Daylogue has failed.
