What We’ll Text You
Daylogue SMS messages are check-in reminders. Think of them as a gentle tap on the shoulder to pause and reflect on your day. You might receive:
- A reminder at the time you chose in your notification settings
- A follow-up nudge if you’ve opted into those
- Occasional service messages (like confirming your number or a change to your preferences)
We will never text you ads, promotions, or messages unrelated to your Daylogue experience.
How You Opt In
SMS notifications are off by default. You have to turn them on yourself. Here’s how it works:
- Open your Daylogue app settings
- Go to Notification Preferences
- Toggle on SMS notifications
- Enter and verify your phone number
- Choose your preferred reminder time(s)
You’re in control of every step. We won’t text you until you explicitly ask us to. By opting in, you agree to receive automated text messages from Daylogue at the phone number you provide. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
How to Stop
Two ways. Both work immediately.
- Reply STOP to any Daylogue message and you’ll be unsubscribed from all SMS notifications right away. Text START to re-subscribe anytime.
- Go to Settings > Notification Preferences in the app and toggle SMS notifications off.
No hoops. No guilt trips. You can always come back.
How Often We’ll Text
Message frequency depends on the preferences you set, but it will never exceed 2 messages per day. Most users receive 1 daily reminder at the time they choose.
You can adjust your frequency anytime in your notification settings. On occasion, you may receive additional account-related messages (such as a security verification code). These are infrequent and only sent when necessary.
