How check-ins work
Check-ins are the heart of Daylogue. They are short, flexible moments where you pause and notice how you are feeling. You can check in by typing, talking, or using the quick sliders.
What happens during a check-in?
When you start a check-in, you can share as much or as little as you want. Daylogue listens for mood, energy, and stress signals in what you share and gently tracks them over time. You do not need to rate yourself on a scale or answer specific questions. Just share what is on your mind.
Text and voice check-ins
You can type your check-in or use voice mode to talk it through. Voice check-ins feel like a short conversation. Daylogue asks follow-up questions based on what you share, then saves a structured summary. Both methods capture the same information.
How often should I check in?
There is no right answer. Some people check in daily, others a few times a week. The more you check in, the richer your patterns and narratives become. Even a quick sentence counts.
What Daylogue does with your check-ins
Your check-ins feed into everything: your themes, your patterns, your narrative. Over time, Daylogue connects the dots and reflects your story back to you. Nothing is shared, sold, or used for ads.
