Notifications not working
If you are not receiving check-in reminders or other notifications, here are a few things to check.
Check your device settings
On iOS, go to Settings, then Notifications, and find Daylogue. Make sure notifications are enabled and that your preferred alert style (banners, sounds, badges) is turned on. Also check that Do Not Disturb or a Focus mode is not silencing Daylogue.
Check your in-app settings
Open Daylogue, go to Settings, and find the Notifications section. Make sure reminders are toggled on and set to your preferred time. If you recently reinstalled the app, you may need to re-enable notification permissions.
Still not working?
Try closing and reopening the app, or restarting your device. If notifications still are not coming through, reach out to support@daylogue.io and let us know your device model and iOS version so we can investigate.
