Understanding your themes
Themes are the recurring threads Daylogue notices across your check-ins. They are not categories you choose. They emerge naturally from what you share.
How themes are created
When you check in, Daylogue identifies the topics you are talking about: work pressure, relationships, creativity, physical health, sleep, and more. As these topics appear across multiple check-ins, they become themes in your profile.
Viewing your themes
Your themes page shows a cloud of everything Daylogue has noticed over time. Larger themes appear more frequently in your check-ins. You can tap into any theme to see when it appeared, how your mood connected to it, and how it has shifted.
Themes are not labels
Daylogue does not diagnose or categorize you. Themes are simply patterns, not judgments. They help you notice what keeps coming up so you can decide what to do with that awareness.
