Updating your payment method

How you update your payment method depends on where you originally subscribed.

Web subscribers

Go to Settings, then the Billing tab. Click "Manage Billing" to open the Stripe customer portal. From there you can update your credit card, switch payment methods, or view past invoices.

iOS subscribers

Apple manages your payment method for App Store subscriptions. To update it, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Payment & Shipping. Update your card there and it will apply to all your App Store subscriptions, including Daylogue.

Payment failed?

If a payment fails, you will receive an email notification. Update your payment method within a few days to avoid any interruption. If your subscription lapses, you can resubscribe at any time without losing your data.
